Most first aid course bookings come from one of two people: someone booking themselves, or an HR or HSE officer booking a whole team. The steps are different, so here are both.
In short
Individuals: pick a date in the form, enter your details, and our team confirms. Companies and schools: send your headcount, location and dates for a group or on-site booking; we invoice the organisation and send a list of certified staff.
Send us the number of staff, how many shifts or sites, your location and preferred dates through the contact page or the group booking form. We propose a schedule — at our centre or on site — and invoice the organisation.
Schools usually want pediatric first aid for teaching and nursery staff on an in-service day — see first aid training for schools.
Organisations get a participant list with card expiry dates, which makes it easy to prove cover and plan renewals.
