PALS in the Northern Emirates
Paediatric, maternity and emergency teams in Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah can take an AHA PALS course on site or through HeartCode with a session in Abu Dhabi.
The options
On-site PALS at your facility anywhere in the Northern Emirates, or HeartCode PALS online with a skills session at our Abu Dhabi centre.
From children’s wards in Sharjah and Ajman to maternity hospitals and emergency departments in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, paediatric teams in the Northern Emirates face the same emergencies as anywhere else, often with fewer paediatric specialists on site. That makes a well-trained first response team, with PALS, especially valuable.
Where there is no paediatric intensive care on site, the job is to recognise the sick child early, stabilise and transfer safely. PALS training for these teams focuses on respiratory failure, shock, IO access and weight-based dosing under pressure.

We bring infant and child manikins, airway equipment in every size and IO trainers to your facility — see on-site PALS. Individuals can use HeartCode PALS online and attend a skills session in Abu Dhabi, adding BLS the same day — see BLS for the Northern Emirates.
Most facilities are licensed through MOHAP, with some local authorities — see PALS for licensing.
