Doctors who don’t have a designated body or suitable person must provide evidence for their revalidation by providing an annual return to GMC. As part of the annual return, the doctor has to provide information and evidence to show they are having an annual appraisal that meets our criteria. They do this by providing an appraiser report form (REV12).
Step 1: Confirm with us if you need to have an appraisal REV12. Contact our representative for confirmation. And once confirm.
Step 2: Proceed with the payment our team will send you the required form to be filled.
Step 3: Schedule and complete your appraisal and the appraiser will guide you on how to submit your annual return to your GMC account directly.
