The GMC Medical Appraisal is a process overseen by the General Medical Council in the UK. It involves regular reviews for doctors, fostering reflection on their practice, receiving feedback, and planning professional development. Conducted by an appraiser, the discussion covers various aspects of a doctor's practice to identify strengths and areas for improvement, ultimately supporting ongoing skill enhancement and patient care.
